Our OUTPOSTS exist so that we can offer simple, easy, and inexpensive paddling options.  Frog Hollow currently operates two outposts and we hope that you will take the time to visit them both this season.

This is only an hour drive from the Durham area. Our Lake Country Outpost offers: - Reasonably priced hourly self-guided trip options - Canoe and kayak delivery to numerous campgrounds in Lake Country. - Great opportunities for wildlife viewing (bald eagles, osprey, and more!) - Only a little over an hour away from the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill Area. OPENING Spring 2012

Each weekend we will rotate through some of our regions most beautiful flat water destinations.  It’s almost like a food truck but with canoes and kayaks.

 

Our Travelling Triangle Outpost offers:

- Inexpensive half and full day rentals on weekends (reservations required)

 

- Each weekend we will rotate to a different local flat water paddling destination.  We rotate through Jordan Lake, Falls Lake, the Three Rivers Area, the Bynum Reservoir on the Haw River, and more.

 

- Kayak Primer Classes (for individuals, groups, or families)

 

- Kayak Roll Clinics
