Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policy for:

· Guided Day or Evening Trips

· 1 Day Instructionals

· Delivery Service

· Basic Rentals

 

· Cancellations within one week prior to a trip or class - Registrants will be refunded half of their total registration fee.

· Cancellations within 24 hours prior to a trip or class date - Registrants will be charged in full.

· “No shows” or late arrivals for a trip or class - Registrants will be charged in full.

· Cancellations due to weather related or hazardous conditions - Registrants will receive a “rain check” equal to their total trip or class registration.  This can be used anytime within 1 year of the cancelled trip or class. Refunds are not given with weather related cancellations.      

· Changing or shifting a trip or class date – Registrants may shift or change the date of their trip or class at any time.  If a date shift or change is made within the week prior to a scheduled trip or class there is a $5 (per boat) service fee.

 

Predictions of 50% or higher chance of Thunder Storms are considered cancelable weather.  Light rain is not considered cancelable weather.

 

Predictions of 40% or higher of steady rain are considered cancellable weather for any paddle trips taking place during the evening.

· Overnight Trips

· Multi-Day Instructionals

· Group Trips/Delivery (8+ boats)

· Camps

 

· Cancellations within two weeks prior to a trip or class - Registrants will be refunded half of their total registration fee.

· Cancellations within 72 hours prior to a trip or class date - Registrants will be charged in full.

· “No shows” or late arrivals for a trip or class - Registrants will be charged in full.

· Cancellations due to weather related or hazardous conditions - Registrants will receive a “rain check” equal to their total trip or class registration.  This can be used anytime within 1 year of the cancelled trip or class. Refunds are not given with weather related cancellations.

Severe weather is considered cancelable weather.  Light rain is not considered cancelable weather.

These services may be set up with a $250 non-refundable deposit.  Any

remaining balance must be paid the day prior to the trip or service
